using nokia 8210 as 007 spyphone

Hi, I have seen a nokia8210 and siemens C35i operated like a 007 spy phone.

Nokia 8210

Pressing a couple of key combinations puts it in spy-mode.
in this mode if anyone calls this mobile, the phone will be picked up with no ring tones or flashing screen. this way someone can listen in on the conversation. The only disadvantage to this setup is that when you switch the phone off you will have to do these key combinations to put it back in spy-mode

Siemens c35i

This is different from the nokia in the sense that this mobile is programed with another phone number. So whenever that number dials the mobile, the mobile is picked up in spy-mode i.e kno blazing ring tone or flashing LCD. the screen just stays the same


Any idea as to how this is done or programmed

Pretty sure that I saw something on modshack a while ago, but couldn't search it out as the search criteria will not allow 3 letter searches "Spy"
