T-Mobile and mmO2, Britain's third and fourth-largest mobile phone groups, are halving the cost of their call tariffs for new billed in an attempt to beat off competition from '3' the third generation mobile operator owned by Hutchison Whampoa of Hong Kong. According to one UK retail group, 3's sales have been "flying" since it cut its prices in June. | ||
