boas.
tenho uma box neotion 501 e o comando deixou de funcionar, ou melhor, funciona mas não faz nada. já fiz o teste com a câmara de um telemóvel e acende a luzinha, por isso tá bom... o que me aconselham a fazer?

tou a pensar em fazer reset, mas uma solução mais rápida, não arranjam?
não á maneira de mudar de canal sem comando, ligando por usb ao pc, ou por outro cabo?
