hi just got the ds810xe done a full scan, but not able to receive bbc2 or channel 4, should i be on astra 19.2 or 28 degres

My System: TM6800HD, TM1000, TM600 Linux,TM5200, TM2200 motor, Triax TD110 dish + Fortec 85cm. Meter=Satlook Micro+G2 NIT

Hi,
You should have the dish pointed at 28.2E, and the same selected in the receiver.

The other channels also on that satellite are listed here
