Thanks, Walentin, once again for cool pics and writing and explaining about Siberia. I remember reading about a satellite tv hobbyist from Omsk, or Tomsk who was of German descent and he imported a 3.7m Andrew dish to Omsk? from Germany about 12 - 14 years ago. He was getting Eutelsat II-F2, F3 reception , I think it was impressive, because it was before HotBird- strenght satellites and the satellite's footprint ended before the Urals. Is that man still around with his dish?

Respected, BombedOne, welcome to the Siberia! From April till October in Siberia it is good, not so cold. 12-15 years ago there were very few fans of satellite TV, there was a big size dish and an analogue source.HotBird, now, is accepted on 1.2 m to 75 east longitudes. On 0.55 m., Now, it is steadily possible to accept 1 sat\56E\.На 0.9 m. - much more. On 1.8 m. In the С-range, enough of channels, even in the Vietnamese language and a little HD. This person uses the dish, probably, or its successors. In the near future will be a photo of not used aerial of the big diameter which was the core dish in a cable television network.

On Supral there is no data. Badly I work in the Moscow department of this firm. There is no answer to letters.
