An old 1.8m......

Here is an old pic I scanned in, of an old 1.8m dish I used to own.

This was taken about 11 years ago. It was a fibreglass dish. The feed was a

very bad match, used to shake about in the holder. Think it was an Echostar

triple band lnb, probably around 1.1db

I have something like that in my garden

There was (well, still are) a big tree in Astra direction so, when Filmnet used Astra I had to bring this monster up on my roof.

Thinking of using it as a bird bath, even a big bird could take a swim in it.

Yes bought some on Ebay, they were off a 2m Precision dish, So I have cut them down to size, just need them threaded and im ready to go Also had the feed too

nice what lnb will you be using on it invacom with feedhorn or you going to try cband on it ?

Yes Ive got an Invercom quad and Precision feed. Might go the C band route later on, but doesnt realy interest me.
