Well finally got it up on the wall pointing at 28.2e to feed the receivers upstairs so i don't have to keep going downstairs every morning to move the main dish back onto 28.2e so the kids can watch nick.Jnr

Fantastic levels on it and it looks the part too

Just got to connect it into the DISEqC switches and hopefully everything should work well

Hopefully should last for a few more years yet

Its just a pity the old BSB logo faded from the dish face, so much so that it was virtually invisible without looking very closely

First pic shows it being tested on 13e before sticking it on the house

My System: Mostly gathering dust cos there's no room for dishes here... :(

The Sleepy Hollow pollracle has spoken!

I have my 35cm BSB minidish hung up here in my bedroom, still waiting for me to sort out the LNB mount for it, but I have to say, BSB had far better minidishes than sky do, cos as your 60cm proves, being Channel Master dishes meant they lasted far longer than BSB itself (20 years just about!!!), and even in the HDTV age, they still work, to some degree!!!

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

I have an ancient fibre 60cm dish in my garage, will take a photo later, have saved it to use for 28.2, as it really is a high quality dish.

I was quite lucky with mine in that respect as the dish had capacity for a normal 40mm lnb

Found the Mti twin lnb in the shed. Think it came off the old Global Orbit 90R dish from many moons ago

Dish no 9 i think that one was

On dish no 12 now in just over 3 years

yes high quality - for sure -- i even think they are only 55 c.m.
ive used one when caravaning -- they have a realy good adjustment mechanism --
i,v modified the main lnb holder since the picture was taken -- to take a 40.mm universal lnb -- it can pickup eurosport 2 at 1 west - even in moderate rain

My System: Technomate 5400 ci 1.1m motorised dish. Lots of PC's...I fix them.

I see your 18 year old, and raise you 20
I'm not certain when it was fitted, but do know it was up before I moved abroad for a while in early 1990.
The dish spent the last 16-17 years ish, buried in my parents garage.
It is fitted with a quad lnb to feed my motorised system, and my daughters sky box.
It took a fair bit of duck oil to get the bolts free !

That's an old amstrad-fidelity, we had one on my mum's last house, I had intended to resurrect it and replace the logo, but the new owner wasn't exactly too careful on removing it, and wrecked it...

But still, I always have my BSB minidish...

In the words of Churchill, " Oh Yes!"

Took 2 days of being soaked in Coke to free up the adjuster

Plus gas and duck oil didn't even touch it, Marvelous stuff Coca Cola is

The whole dish bar one new nut and bolt and the lnb is totally original as it was first installed 18 years ago

My 35cm worked perfectly sat on a dining room chair looking through the patio windows, signal was booming in. I regret disposing of it now

My BSB minidish in the 2nd pic (zip-tied on LNB) was sat in the middle of my living room floor (at the time), a good 7 or 8 feet from the window, pointed at Hispasat and picked up Cuatro (before it vanished ) nicely, well, it was sparklie-ridden, but still worked...
