What do you mean 'found' ?

It is a receive/transmit dish, possibly Ku band but you would have to take the cover off to find out.

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness"

My System: 80cm dish, Pace MSS500 (analog) 19e 1m dish, SG-100 motor, Dark Gold 0.1. Pace MSP 200, Humax F1 VACI

I've used a dish exactly like that at X-band, but it could be fitted with any microwave feed: C band, X Band, Ku Band.
If its transmitting and your standing in front of it, your eyes start to itch before you feel anything downstairs...all the bits with most water content. Been there, won't do it again!
I wouldn't go inside that fenced enclosure if I were you.

This photo - a riddle for us? Try to make a photo with a torch, probably it will be better?
Louis Daguerre, did better a photo, in 1839.
Good example of a photo - of a photo made kitschcamp.
