Typical salt damage, often happens in coastal areas to the steel dishes, as the sand whipped up by the wind breaks the paint surface and within days it starts to go rusty. My mum lives in Thornton Cleveleys and her dish just melted in the space of 18 months into a pile of rust dust.

My System: Triax 1.1m and Orbital 80cm Motorised Dishes. Various fixed Dishes. Eclectic selection of Digital and Analogue Receivers. Complex switching and distribution that SWMBO cannot fathom. Nor me.

Truly gruesome!

I bet it still works as efficiently as it did when pristine, though.
