Preciso de ajuda urgente, por favor.
Possuo também um receptor "Protek 9600IP".
Não estou a ver os canais "D Plus"
O receptpr dá a seguinte informação:
- "service is currently scrambled"
Entretanto, como a actualização é feita online, verifiquei a internet:
Internet: ON
Tenho o seguinte firmware instalado:
BT: 1.29
SW: v1.26
K: 22

Ajuda, preciso urgente.

Será que pelo programa "Florikey" se consegue a ligação para fazer online as actualizações?
Como posso fazer uma doação?

my protek 9600 ip has crashed. i lost all my satellite setings astra 28 hotbird 13e etc. receiver keeps switching on and off and i cant even get into menu where i may be able to reset the antennae. no storms or anything recently. anyone know whats gone wrong and can it be rectified. thanks

Have you upgraded the firmware at anytime from the original supplied ?

Just wondering if anyone has any software upgrades for my protek 9600 ip sat receiver. I had problems with the box lately where my supplier said the box had gotten locked on HD channel. I ve gotten that rectified but i have nt used the box in over a week and my package is nt working so im wondering if there are any software updates and how do i install them. Thanking you in advance for any replies.
