how to enter keys to nokia 9800 plz help!

i got nokia 9800 (yes i was stupid)
i need to find how (hardware and software )
to decode multivision and absat or any other available packages
what kind of files do i need bin hex etc
and what kind of software server i need?
and does RS232 do the job??

a h ave also,the old mm 9800,this reveiver,is very slow in zapping,even,when the channel list is full,but the pircture quality is superb,and real sharp much bettern,then todays reveivers,open box etc
on the 9800,they never comes,out any emu soft,you can,only use,any cam,like trex dragon,diablo,or what ever!

on tps,depent,on the cam,it could be happens,that you have,problems,switching,on viacces channels,the 9800 first,always check,the internal card slot!
