What Topper needs is the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) name for the STB. Like DreamBox Humax Topfield Try to check if there is any labels on the back or the bottom and make a photo and attach in another post. It could be a cheap box from china that the local rep has asked the manufacturer to stick a label like "Zoom" so that he will be the only one who knows how to service it and this way can charge the poor customers a lot of money for any simple task.
