Welcome to the forum polygill

Well where were you when you lost them?
What are their names?
Do you have any recent photographs?

Have you tried a re-scan?
What channels can you receive?
Is the stb switched on?
Is the TV switched on?
Has the dish been stolen or knocked?

I think a tad more information regarding the setup you have and what exactly happened may be beneficial to people in knowing which variable of very many is the cause of the loss of the channels.

I have moved this post from where you posted it

Mmm

Sounds like they had had enough of you to leave so abruptly, what can you still receive or is the stb dead?

If it is not dead have you tried re-scanning 11720H 275000 3/4
or 11758H 27500 3/4 11798 H 27500 3/4 11876 H 27500 3/4 etc

You know that could be your problem, the lnb may have become faulty and lost all horizontal channels, check what you can receive against the listings here
