My System: humax 5400z

i have a humax5400z and i have a program that unlocks the channels but apparently it doesn't work on the europian channels like multivision and other channels it can't find the key to unlock the channel it gives me that error(0505 is not found or something like that)...so if anybody can help meeeeeee plzzzzzz
