hi please help me upgrade one EUROSTAR Eurobox-9700, i am unable to upgrade this receiver, i have downloded all the flashing software and file from the eurostar website but as the help file has described there that to connect the receiver with the pc we have to connect a cable using DIRECT CABLE 2 to 2, 3 to 3, 5 to 5., i have made the cable and tried to connect the receiver with my pc but it didnt work , i tried many times but i cant connect , then , i tried to connect my receiver with a NULL MODEM cable , and i was able to connect the receiver with the pc, but the hyper terminal screen does not shows the display as it should show as given in the help file , then i think that i should leave it and ask this in the forum , and please also tell me how to identify the receiver as which 9700 model it is? it has STi5518DVC-X (Micro) TE28F800 (Flash) K4S641632E-TC60 (Memory) please help me thanks.. bye | ||

My System: from srilanka | gsmsiker can you please tell me,i have eurobox7300 without cam and if i be able to download the new vertion of the software from the given site and able to conex or other type of decryption facility to be activated.or do i need to have the CI slots for that perpose. | ||
