Help with updating Mivion 9090x

I have Mivion 9090x and need to update the software
which cable and sotware i have to use

Usually a null modem cable is used to update software on satellite STB.
For the software, try the internet.
May I ask why do you need to update the software?
If you have experience, then this would help, but if this is the first time then please take into consideration that if you upload the wrong software or something goes wrong during the update, then your box might not work again.
Tip: Disconnect all cables (especially the LNB coax cable) except the power cord and the the null modem cable when you are ready to install

but when i turn off and on the receiver nothing happen

If you did, then tell us how you did the update.
What kind of PC and O/S does it have?
