mediamaster + dvb2000

Hi All, i need help im pulling me hair out and the missis is about to leave me. I have here a Mediamaster 9500S with B2.00uns that ive had for about 2 years, when i got it it had the standard Nokia fw in, i put in DVB2000 and its worked well, it packed up last week and i managed to get another with B2.00uns. I have never had in the last 2 years a PC with windows 98 on, nor have i ever had BDM interface or tranbox so i must of loaded the DVB200 with serial cable and serial loader on my PC with winxp on but i cant load it now, what am i doing wrong ???
PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE

Have you tried to reinstall the original firmware using Windows 98?
It might be a little bit difficult to find if you didn't keep a backup, since Nokia stopped giving support to the Media Master models several years ago.

Hello , if you use a 9 pins fem./fem. cable with the following connections :
1 - 1

2 - 3

3 - 2

4 - 6

5 - 5

6 - 4

7 - 8

8 - 7

9 - 9
so called : Full handshake

it will work on a XP mach. with DVBEdit

My soldering iron is smoking all the time .
