hai everyone i am new to this forum.i want to upgrade my receivers software.

my receievcer does not have the makers name or any name on it

the software version shows as ALXEUEM V 2.55b

this receiver is one year old and it has great blind scanning

help needed to find the software for this receiver and the cable connection of rs 232 is also needed
