Hello

welcome to the forum sin360

What makes you think this stb uses a softcam? click here and there may be some help for you, however be warned flashing your stb can render it inoperative especially if you are unsure what you are doing

I go the latest file from that link and now I am able to get to the key menu. The reason I think it uses a softcam is because I found the softcam compatible for this receiver, but I can't find a loader.
