My System: I have humax 5400z and laptop with windows vista |
Hi i am new to this forum .I have humax 5400z and i want to upgrade it .I tried all the possible ways .I have null modem cable tried it connect it to the pc and it did not show the proper com port. After that i bought rs233 connecter to usb and tried to connect it with my laptop to the humax, still i was not able to connect it.It shows wrong com port.What should i do? Please help me. | ||

My System: IDD CI24 ECONO MM Penta 1.20 Galaxy II 1.2Mtr Polar MTG yes it has been on the arc for 21 years and is still driven by a modified wiper motor from a Ford Anglia. It's like me sometimes groans but always performs  Saved us from the black plague of ignoratio elenchi, he awaits a special badge with jugs |
Welcome to the forum vaishucharles I suspect you are wasting your time, what exactly are you trying to upgrade on the humax, there is nothing open you can watch on a Humax 5400z to speak of these days. Get a modern receiver if you want a hobby stb not something that is 10 years old and no longer supported. | ||
