Well your question invokes a debate as to what is an FTA set top box. In Europe an FTA stb is one which receives channels which are transmitted free to air i.e. without encryption. Unfortunately to be different the Americans refer to an FTA receiver as one with patched firmware to allow illegal decryption of encrypted channels. I do not know which you are referring to.

I suggest you have a good look at this thread for your master code as there is certainly one there fore the 2007 model
