My System: satelite - hotbird Receiver - Daydream - DRM1000
Daydream receiver

two months back i bought a receiver called 'Daydream- DRM-1000....
which is a twin tuner type receiver. i watch hotbird and nilesat.
the second tuner is fed by one lnb which is focused on etulsat satelite . it can open all the encrypted channels of nilesat and lots of hotbird channels too.
since one week it cannot open any more scrambled channels.
please advice me what kind of programs are required to update my receiver .. and what kind of uploaders i have to use for this receiver ..
i don't see this receiver name in the net.
thanks..

My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 6 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/10E/13E/16E/ 19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

Chances are its got a built in card share. You will probably have to pay your supplier a nice monthly fee to get all the channels open again.

Edit - ah I misunderstood - its one of those thats picking up an illegal datastream which carries decryption keys.

Chances are the data stream has been shut down

Thanks for replying....
Yes you are right , its an illegal datastream.
The data stream is still active .. what I need is a new patch or software for the receiver.
I understand that it is available in the net ... but I don't know what kind of software is required and which uploader is suitable for my receiver.
