Is there a way for opening Multivision with star track receiver?

Not to my knowledge, however the system uses the same base software as Powersky and it can open TPS and Polsat .........

Modified receiver software can sometimes be used to open certain pay tv services.

Before you get excited at the idea, NONE of the Indian subcontinental services can be opened in this way. In fact the heyday of patching was probably a good 2 years ago - theres not much open even here in Europe at the moment.
