Technomate 5500CIP plus

Satellite superstore http://www.satellitesuperstore.com/technomate.htm says it can programme the receiver with all the channels but is there a file anywhere so you can do it yourself with a pc.
Hope you can help as i'm just getting a motorised system set up and know nothing about digital except that i'm sick of sky ripping me off.

Yes you can update from Technomates website here>>>> http://www.technomate.com/software_updates.php
via a Nul modem cable to your PC.

David at Satellitesuperstore is also a great help if you have any quiries....
Its the best place to buy your set-up in my opinion ive been dealing with him since he started up many moons ago..

Enjoy your Multisat when you have it up and running, I thoroughly enjoy all the entertainment available especialy off the Russian, Turkish, and Middle Eastern channels..... I still subscribe to Sky, but find myself surfing the international scene a whole lot more especialy at the weekends..... Pity about the Rotana Arabic music channels leaving Hotbird though..... but maybe they will be back some day.
