Starsat SR-3200CU

Hi,
I have a starsat SR 3200CU reciever and i don;t know if it suppor or plus
1- how to know the type (Suppor / Plus) ?
2- what is the last update and from where i can got it?
3- what is the best tool that i can use with that reciever to load the new keys?

i reallay feel pestoff and depressed with that reciever

I tried it and here is what happen:
- I put the Receiver on standby then i run the SimpleUpload2M.exe
- It gave me the message "WAITING BOOB" and nothing happen
- I tried to switch on the reciver the program SimpleUpload2M.exe exit!
- I tried to run the program while the reciever is on - it ran then wen.
* the program does not give me any indicator for loading the software also, the persentage didn;t change at all

I tried to do the same using the file:-
"Oct_30,20041029_silver_SR-X3200CU_PLUS_1M_V130.zip" from the same site and here is what happen:

- I put the Receiver on standby then i run the SimpleUpload.exe
- It gave me the message "WAITING BABO" then the reciever resteted automatically
- A messages start to appear on the loader screen with number and some funny letters

- I tried to do the same and i left the reciever on that for a day (24 hours) but nothing happen

HI,
Here is the answer to ur questions
1)Check the front panel of ur receiver, it will have the name and model number of the
receiver and the word SUPER on it too if its super.
2)Check the following site and download the latest software from the site, the current
software is dated 26 March.
3)You do not need any tool to upload the software as the patch comes with the
software to load the patch, for the keys also U dont need a loader as the
latest software is auto update. If U want U can enter the keys by remote.

Select MENU from the remote
Select Installation from the options on screen
Select Input Code from the options on screen
Select the encryption type on screen
Select The channel for which U want to enter keys and then enter them via remote
