i need software for star track super 2004 please

i need software for star track super 2004 the one open the multivition chanals because the are not open in my raciver

i have sam problem i download the software from its site www.starsw.com but its not working give msg. donload fail pls if u r any other friend can sole this problem pls....

you must load the boot version found inthe "buc file" at the same adress after you can load the software "auc".

My System: Huge great Dish in Cyprus

I have downloaded the BUC file but can not get it to open using arioner.exe any ideas what i should do?

another detail which is very important you have to get you box powered off that means "no electricity" you prepare the arioner and the file and you send after this you power your receiver on "electicity must be switched on".

My System: Huge great Dish in Cyprus

i have both a world in box II which i have successfully upgraded on numerous occasions & i have just got hold of a 2004 super with ci slot. I have downloaded the buc file & unzipped it but when i open arioner.exe it cannot find the buc file.
I know how to download using arioner.exe it's just not recognizing the file

what am i doing wrong

when you open arioner you can choose the type of the file under and choose "all" and the buc file will appear.

Don't seem to have that option when i have arioner open the only options i have are as follows, open (as in file), port settings & send to program to ird

is there another version of arioner?
