Need help with Topfield 3000 CIP Pro

Hi everyone,
I have a Topfield 3000 CIP Pro satellite system, and im stuck at the 'main menu' area. On this page, i see the following:
- system settng
- organising channels (greyed out)
- organising favorites (greyed out)
- installation
- information
- common interface
- game

I am unable to exit this screen. When i hit the 'exit' or the 'menu' button on the remote control, it doesnt take me anywhere - it just remains at the 'Main menu' page.

Please help!!
I think i'm supposed to reset all the channels again, but unsure how.. any ideas / comments are greatly appreciated!

Maybe you need to upload the original firmware
