NeotionBox 3000 Err.0. need help!!!

hi m8z. there is a NeotionBox 3000, i turn it on and it gives me message "boot" on the fr.display but next instead of loading the bootloader it gives me message Err.0. i thought it might need to be reprogrammed via serial port but when downloading the original firmware from official site they asked for the original bootloader of this receiver, thing that i am not unfortunately aware of. what must i do guys? is it possible that it might be sumthing else but reprogramming with original firmware? is there anyone who could help?

you need SA10.9C

you must download SA10.9C firmware from neotion site
and then thik the error box, send the file and turn on the back button of receiver
note: the sending of file and turning on the back button must in same time
