Help Starsat X550D not working..

guys i have a big problem here in my SR X550D .. no power on..

i download the X550D super to SR X550D when downloading finish the power doesnt on..

i check the Power but working good..i check to other reciever..

maybe the Flash got problem or the software..

what should i do..

does anybody have a old software for SR X550D ..


pls give some advise what will do now..

Was the uploading process interuppted in any way??
Did you computer at the end say "success" ?

Unplug everything from power. wait at least a minute, and plug again into power socket. Switch on your receiver. Do you see anything displayed onto your receivers LED ?

Do you know the name of the file you downloaded from the web and tried to upload to your decoder ?

Well....all I wanted to inform you about is that, on satsw.net as well as satdw.com, both for 650 and 550, you find firmware Super & Ultra. When I asked the official site of starsat about the difference, they just told me it was a s/w difference....
Now, I have been warned that the Ultra version may cause problems to the receiver....I have never used it for my 650, always used the Super, and I have never had any problem
Probably, you loaded the Ultra version to your Super decoder....
If this is the case, try and load the Super version again....
