seteditor for no-name receiver

hello,
does anybody know if setedit do a basic channel editor
for a " no-name " receiver,or are the editors only for
individual makes of receivers. i just want to transfer
the receiver information (tranponders,pids)to my pc.

Are you sure that your receiver does not have it's own settings editor? It can be some rebadged version. You can find most of satellite receivers on www.satellite-heaven.de along with links to their manufacturer's websites.

hello ijonT.
these boxes have been specially made in germany,for a supplier
here in tenerife to use for the microwave bbc/itv packages.
the boxes have no name or serial number.the remote has four
buttons so you cannot access the menu for any info.
there are only four channels stored in this receiver,all fta.
before he was using strong receivers,4155and 6155,so it was
quite easy to extract the frequency,s/r,and pids.
