Whats the difference b/w firmware and patch software and how can we distinguish b/w them.

A patch is a firmware that has been altered so it can unlock scrambled channels.

You connect your receiver to your computer with a proper cable,then you upload the patch to the receiver.

And yes,the software is different from receiver to receiver,some models are the same though,like for example the Coship 2300 and the Strong 3680.

where i can get the patch for my DTM box 2004 ? I did a search on web could not find it . i be happy if u show me where i can get it. Thanks

I have a receiver Echospace FTA7575 which has no code menu software available according to my knowledge. This receiver is a rebadged receiver according to h**p://www.satellite-heaven.de/index.htm?jump=Receiver/
of the following receivers specific models
Atlanta 9201 plus
Zodiac DZR- 3600
Citizen 200CI
Starvision 150
SanyoSat 1100
SanyoSat 5000
Fujiyama S-6800
Changhong

Can i use these receivers software in my receiver and is there any code menu software available for any of these receivers?
