New flash for Strasat SR-X190D

Hi,
I has downloaded the new flash for Strasat SR-X190D proposed on www.satsw.net, but it's impossible to put it in the receiver. The file looks abnormale because it has'nt any extention ? Then the loader don't propose any option about "flash". Ther is only : Program, Program all, Key, Data, Master software in the menu of the loader.

What's the problem ?

Thanks for reply.
