My System: SR-X200CI PLUS
Professional help needed

I have a StartSat SR-X200CI plus.

I upgraded it from there site, and i updated the keyscode with the latest file they have. and my version is now:

Model ID: E224
H/W: 7.00
S/W: 12.68

But i can't open Multivision, What shall i do???

Hi,

You should go to your STB and check under VIACESS if the id & keys are right as I had the same problem (using the same model, H/W & S/W). When I added manually the id 01500 and two lines of latest keys under id 01500 08: and 01500 18:. If the two lines are already there then just check if the keys are right.

You mean you upgrade your receiver onsite + upgrading the hex codes. One was enough.
Anyway, what is done, is done.
You've to pay attn!!!!!! to your receiver version

then one of them should be your software to download and upgrade.

at last you've to edit some hex codes.
