Can I point out that the idea of these forums is for free exchange of information on the forum - not for you to ask folks to email you. If you have useful information post it here.

Hello Mehdi,

Yes I have a problem with my Interstar.

Since some time, several stations have disappeared from my TV screen and I do not know what I should have to do. Someone told me to connect the receiver to my PC and do ... I don't know what...

Thanks in advance for your help

use an RS232 cable to connect your serial port of your pc to the port on the abck of the reciever. then use the loader program that i posted in the loader program thread elsewhere on this board with the new firmware (the links for sites with these are also posted elsewhere on this board.

regards
