Unhappy can any friend explain the 'WDR PROBLEM' to me?

i send one reciever to one friend living in GERMAN,

he said this receiver has 'wdr problem', but i dont understand what he means,
can any friend explain these words for me?

"some broadcasters do split their program for e.g. 1 hour per day into different programs, e.g. the wdr channels(12421/27500/h) into 8 different programs.

the only difference is the PID. so, the receiver has to check the PID frequently and to separate the programs.

this problme must be resolved"

thanx for any help!

Red face

i think maybe there is only one channel in 12421/27500 h,

but this channel uses different PID one day at different times , so the receiver

must be able to detect the pid automatically to get the channel ?????

or there are 8 channels ,they all change their pid several times one day, but this sounds a little crazy, hoho~~

My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 6 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/10E/13E/16E/ 19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

The last noble sat warrior to fly the olden flag of Analogue

WDR does a regional opt out for an hour in the evening, and all the regions go and do their own thing for this slotThis is the Flysat entry for 12422H on 19E:

12422 H
MPEG-2 27500 3/4
WDR Fernsehen Sat Mon-Sat 19.30/19.58
WDR Fernsehen Köln 101 102 Ger 28305
WDR Aachen 201 202 Ger 28305
WDR Bielefeld 301 302 Ger 28306
WDR Dortmund 401 402 Ger 28307
WDR Düsseldorf 501 502 Ger 28308
WDR Essen 601 602 Ger 28309
WDR Münster 701 702 Ger 28310
WDR Siegen 801 802 Ger 28311
WDR Wuppertal 901 902 Ger 28312

Now each region has its own pids, so if he scans that tp again, he should get 8 services, each with its own name. Thats what happens on all my receivers. Tell him to pick the most appropriate service, and delete the others.
