hi guys i have a Triax td88 dish and a golden interstar dsr-8001 premium satellite receiver, i have tried everything but my power stays at 75 and the quailty stays at 63 i am trying to pick up hotbird but no pic what so ever

my lmb set2 universal and this is a new setup 4 me i have no clue
