Smile Hotbird in Philippines

Friends,

Are there chances were i can have Hotbird here in The Philippines using a 2.4m disc ? If no chance having a hotbird, what FTA channels can i have using this disc ?

Which receiver would you recommend with this disc ( presently, i have a kaon ksc-570, ksc-200, fortecstar 5100 ) ?

Thanks and regards,

No chance whatsoever - you have 10,000 miles of rock between you and the Hotbird slot. So unless you have a James Bond meglomaniac sized laser to drill a bloody great hole through the Earth towards Europe, forget it.

Regarding HOTBIRD, definitely you cannot get the signal from Philippines. For more information about FTA channels that you can receive in the Philippines, go to lyngsat.com. Better you buy autoroll receiver so that you can receive a channel package like dream tv.
