Well if you don't know and it is your receiver why are you getting impatient with people here who don't have your receiver and therefore do not have the answer for you, this is a forum not an answering bureaux for impatient newbies. Perhaps if you bothered to explain more about your problem instead of complaining, other members might be able to answer for example what does this mean ?????

my reciver ia startrack2005 superci.its boot versio is 15.1. i used latest s/w that i get from starsw.com but stil cant see animal planet,discovery,since.axn,moultivisions..
i look for any info about this problem.

You do not move me to anger at all, what surprises me is that you seem to think that it is someone's job to answer you, the whole forum is run on a voluntary basis and administrators and moderators are not necessarily (as in my case) experts in every conceivable problem that people have. You have joined the forum to find something out, fine you have given very limited and incomplete information then demand an answer. Have you done any background research yourself into this problem. Once again you do not mention which satellites you are looking at so who is going to bother to help you solve your problem. Using this site should be easy but giving insufficient information makes it painful for you as well.
