Generals questions

Excuse me for my bad english speaking.
I have several questions.
1) Does the vertical displacement of a satellite influence the reception?
2) If I am placed to Europe, can I receive American programs?
3) My Nextwave decoder plus S311 have an exit RS232C for the transfers with the PC, where can I find the cable adequate?
4) Where can I find a software to transfer the keys towards my NextWave S311?
5) Did he have programs to copy the code of a chart from a virgin smart card?
6) Where can I find the smart cards virgin?
7) How to have a quality of optimal reception?
8) Where to find the codes of the French packages (A.B SAT, TPS, CHANNEL. SAT)
9) What is exactly the CAM (like the matrix revolution), and is it reprogrammable? If yes by which software and which hardware?
10) If my decoder have 2 Mo of memory flash, can I put as many keys that I wish it until the memory flash saturates?
Thank you very much for your answers.

However as there is an obvious language barrier I will on this ocassion answer as many as I am able or point you in the direction of the answers.

I take it therefore that you are referring to the height of the satellite above the earth. The satellites are in a geostationary orbit around the equator the Clarke Belt is the part of space approximately 35,786 km above mean sea level in the plane of the equator where near-geostationary orbits may be achieved. If they were not placed there then there would not be continuous reception from them as they would tend to oscillate in relation to a fixed point on earth.

Yes if you move to America! In general there are the odd news feeds and Farsi language programs but not a lot that you can receive without moving.

You first need to find out which type you require for your receiver. Generally there are two types a standard cable and a null modem cable
