hsenet - your profile puts you in India. You CANNOT get DISH India like this as the keys are not public.

Matrix is a cam - same idea but the software is loaded onto the electronics in the cam rather than into the receiver.

No idea - it will depend on your receiver. You may be able to do it using the remote control, but no promises.....

I'm looking for the new software upgrade for starsat SR-X120D, 1M. I had the software version 2. I tried to clean the old software and install a new FTA V7 but didn't work - the system didn't reboot and still with error 07. Any help ???

Hi...

I have the same problem with a X120D (with 2M writed above RS232 plug).
I try to download new software (found on several websites) but nothing happens.. Even no download process started.
Is there somebody knowing how to proceed exactly (I'm using the same serial cable as for X550D - where it's working fine) ? I need to update this receiver for a friend in order to be able to receive T*S channels.

try this : use dreamloader and sgn or key file but please wait 30 second
before unplugging the DSR after you've got the "download complete"

I have a Sky Sat 9900 FTA Unlimited STB but cannot find the software to upgrade keys etc, if anybody could point me in the right direction i would be grateful.
I also have especta 2100ks which works fine and upgrades via softcam

There is absolutely no point putting the same request in over and over again. If you havent had an answer by now, chances are either no-one knows or you cant patch that receiver..

Ive removed the duplicates - please dont do it again.
