My System: A powerful computer using a TWINHAN card!

You might wanna take a look at the RS-232 wiring too, due to some reasons the manufacturer has re-wired the port.

I came across this when I was trying to do the same with my Truman 7000, I will check and let you know how the wiring was done, but, cannot guarantee that the wiring will be the same.

Cheers!

My System: Truman Ultra 150 & Starsat X550D Ultra on Hotbird

Hi,

I've made an upgrade on my TM150 ultra without any problem with the steps here below:

1 Open the loader and the last version software
2 Switch the receiver off
3 Launch the download with the loader
4 Switch on the receiver (normally the process will start)

Regards,

thanks guys

thank you blackhawk for advice,
many thanks titmf, it worked as you said

i have only one problem,
when i tried to take an image of my current channels using
the channel editor program - i downloaded my software from www.tmsatsw.com - it failed
and i had to research for the channels and arrange them again

after update i tried to take an image of the new channel list
it worked , but when i open the file with the channel editor, it
displays strange characters, and the channels aren't shown

does anyone have any idea about that??

thanks;

Hi,

To be honnest, I've no idea for your Image problem. Maybe someone else. The image is maybe not compatible between 2 different software version ?
