Any Software Update for "Digital 4100-2ci" Satellite Receiver

Please help me with any infos on my newly purchased (from Ebay

) "Digital 4100-2ci" satellite receiver. Does anyone know where I can download the original manual and upgrade software for this 2ci receiver. I think it's made in Germany or elsewhere. The box doesn't say and the enclosed manual is photocopied. I have seen similar machine advertisec in Ebay

as Rex Digital 4100-2ci... Please help if you know anything about this product.
