Software Tools/Applications Needed

Hi there,
Am a new comer to the world of sats, so hope u can put up with me !

My system is Technosat9800 P Omega DICP 2CI wud appreciate advising me the web adresses were I can download the following applications or/ providing me with these applications:

1-
a-Loader to upgrade receiver software+guide
B- loader to update / input new channels keys into receiver+guide

2- An application/program to receive updated channels keys using the computer for nagra
, viaccess,seca irdeto etc+guide.

3- Pls advie the difference between channel keys and softcam keys.
