Help Using "Gasoline"

Hi
I Have Just Downloaded This Software "Gasoline" To Upload Keys Directly From PC To Receiver, But When I Finish Entering Codes I Couldn't Make A Connection With My Receiver It Says Connection To STB Fails Why And How Can I Use This Software To Upload Keys I Already Added Them To The Software But Can't Make A Connection To Upload Them????
Please Help (There Is No "Help" Button In This Software!!!)

Have you contacted the software supplier, or checked with your dealer that the receiver is compatible ?

Yes But Maybe There Is Something More I Should Do To Let Connection Establish Anyway If Someone Know How To Use It Or If There Is Something Wrong I 'm Doing Please Help Thanx In Advance
