in kaon in service provider STB:23456781908709678567 is it serial no which is married with card but in zenega no information like this.pls help

the num is a series of ALPHA NUMERIC keys ... 16 digits in total printed on a sticker pasted under the STB

anybody give me program uploader or any other ROM FILE BACKUP UTILITY thats comfortable zenega reciever or zenega loader in this loader available program upload option. for program backup the v1.54 from zenega reciever.
v1.54 is a old software. this is wanted all.please give me program uploader for zenega reciever . than backup the rom file and attached in this forum.......
