Dear friends. I am a bigginer in receiver and professional in networking.Can anybody Please help me to update Starsat SR-X550D Ultra receiver which I just purchased last week. Software version 1.1.326; hardware version 1.1.001; loader version 2.1.00.1. I downloaded two files from satdw.com 20060706_SR-X550D_V339_ULTRA.zip 20060706_SR-X550D_V339_ULTRA_S .zip What is the difference between these two files. I extracted it;the files are simpleupload2M.exe; LzssDll.dll; MPEG_ENC_DLL1.dll ; rom.bin ; simple.dat .what should I do next? Which file I should download using what software?. What is for the simpleupload2m.exe comes with patch? I have rs232 cable . | ||

My System: Starsat SR 550, dish 130 cm fix | The both files are same, except the interface which are different. It is your choice which one you will use. Connect with RS232 PC and receiver click on simpleload2M.exe, and click OK in message "waiting for BOOB". Wait for 100% jobe done, and that is all. | ||

Sir im also newbie here , i would like to know what if after clicking ok the "waiting B00b" and nothings happen.. i also did on and off the reciever and i used 550D_Ultra_20080205 to upgrade my x550d ultra...what should i do?..  | |||

Hai.. I have also Startsat SRX-550D Ultra with VER 377 but is not work on TPS channel any body can tell me which new version for SRX-550D Ultra.. Since I am is new here, can anybody help me please..??? Thanks | ||
