plz. I need programme able me to download kyes file such as (SoftCam.key) direct form ( pc --> STB) my STB is "Meatbox"

As Topper is saying we dont do Meatboxes here or Lunchboxes some have Dreamboxes. Maybe you should look at the Meatbox again just to see if it is really is a Meatbox.

sorry helal4all you probably mean a metabox or you have a dreambox?
could you re check what you have please
