Hi all. I have a Panasonic TU-DSB30 digibox, UK manufacture. The manual with it does not mention the personal planner facility, and I have an entry on there which will not delete. When it appears (every day!) I operate the yellow button on the remote to delete it, and then pops up the option to confirm (select) or cancel (back up). Neither gets rid of it. How can I delete the entry? Geoff Cyprus

The box should then lose the item when it does a new channel scan.

At the time we watched the film, but the entry stayed - reappearing daily at the same time. That was in UK, since then we have relocated to Cyprus, and had to go through forced download, resetting the box, channel scan (as you suggest), and so on to get the box fully operational here. It must be a glich in the software I think. Retailers/installers locally have had no joy either in eliminating the 'bug'. Geoff

Apparently Sky can send out a fix for this and other similar problems, but obviously not so easy when not in the UK.

Well that did not work either. BUT now, if I try and delete the offending PP entry (using yellow button) I get the message "this program has been viewed and cannot be deleted". Thanks, Geoff
