I have the above DVR. I have a problem with this receiver and the dealer cannot help me with it. While watching any pay channel the receiver gets reset within 4 minutes. This problem has started recently. On FTA channels there is no problem watching it for hours.
The reset problem is not daily but when the problem starts I cannot watch any of the pay channels as the reset is within 4 mins.
The DVR has a HDD and can play MP3 files. If I play MP3 files there is no problem and have played music for more than a hour without the reset problem.
Does anyone have an updated firmware version. The present firmware ver is v01.04. I cannot find firmware (new or present) on the websites. Can anyone send me the firmware by email. I want to reload the firmware. |
