Starsat SR-X3500CUCI Ultra questions

Hi there

New to this forum so first try!

I just got myself the above receiver, and have 2 question that I assume are very common..

1) To access the channel edit screens, you need a passowrd, but the manual doesnt say what the default PW is! Any thoughts?

2) You can download new software at www.satdw.com However, I see 2 files for my receiver, one with a "_s" extension. Which one do I need? What is the difference?

Many thanks upfront for helping me out!

Kind regards

Jan

Hi mcelsen,
access code for menu is 345300 and for editing channels is 987600.
if you want to update with ultra menu choose ultra sw; else for super menu choose ultra_super sw.

Ultra menu is more user friendly, Super menu is speeder

hope it's helps.
